WHAT IS FOOT VAVLE?
A foot valve is a type of check valve that is typically installed at a pump or at the bottom of a pipe line (hence the name). Foot valves act like ball check valves, but have an open end with a shield or screen over it to block debris from entering the line. The valve opening is designed to be larger than the line itself, minimizing head loss.
Foot valves can be found in ponds, pools and almost anywhere there is a pump. These special valves allow the pump to stay primed, letting liquid to flow in, but keeping it from flowing back out. The screens or baskets that cover the valve opening tend to get clogged over time, especially in ponds and wells. It is important to check and clean your valves regularly for optimum performance.

Our products are manufactuing under the European technology in conformity with BS 5154: 1991 and BS EN 1228: 2010 standards.

In strictly conformity with the quality management process under ISO 9001-2015, our products like valves, taps, fittings reached the international standard and issued by Ministry of Industry and Trade in which certified that the domestic products are replace fully the imported ones (Decision No. 223 / QD – BCT dated 13/01/2012) With over 1000 shops and Agencies in the sales system now, the annual products like valves, taps, fittings are sup- plied for local market more than 10 million products and 6 million products like valves, taps, fittings are exported to Germany, USA, France, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia etc. For the coming years, Minh Hoa will continue to strengthen and develop both in the local and abroad markets for promoting the growth of production...
