LPG Series High speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer

 Main Introduction

High speed centrifugal spray dryer is used to make powder granule from liquid directly. It is suitable for powder production from the materials such as solution, emulsion, soliquoid and paste with fast drying speed, high efficiency, simplified process and economized man resources. especially for heat sensitive material, this technology could keep the color, spice and flavor. The final product owns good uniformity, mobility and dissolving capacity, also high purity. This machine is favorable for improving productivity and benefits well from technology, which has great perspective in chemical, light industry, construction material, foodstuff, pharmaceutical, biochemical and other industries. 

 Working principle 

After heating, the air enters into the air distributor on the top of the dryer, then into the drying room through hot air distributor in spiral uniform, meanwhile, the material liquid is sent to the centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower by a pump, which will be sprayed into extremely fine mist liquid drops to enlarge the surface area in contact with hot air. The drops and hot air flow down concurrently. During very short time, the materials can be dried into final products. The final products will be discharged continuously from the whirl separator. The waste air will be discharged from blower.

 

Functions and features 

 

(1)High drying speed: after spraying of the material, the surface area of the material will be increased greatly. 

(2)Concurrent flow type of spray drying is adopted to let liquid drops flow the same direction with the hot air. 

(3)This type machine is widely used. Hot or cool air dry can be chosen according to the specialty of material.

(4)As the material is dried momentarily, the product keeps ball shape in good disparity, fluidity and solubility.

(5)Manufacturing process is simplified and operation is easy to be controlled.

(6)In order to keep material clear and prolong the service life of the equipment, stainless steel is chosen to construct the parts in contact with material.
