Normally is 10 cartons per item, but different item have different MOQ.
Can I get free sample?
Yes, KNM can offer 2-3 pieces samples FOC with freight collect.
How long can I get the samples?
Normally it take 3-5 days by EMS/UPS/DHL. Etc.
Can I make a small order for the first time?
Trial order is acceptable.

What is the minimum reorder amount?
For returning customers our minimum order amount is 8 cartons per item.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, however, you must place separate orders that meet order minimums. (10 cartons per item for new customers and 8 cartons per item for returning customers). A new destination for an existing customer must meet the 10 cartons minimum.
Which kind of Transportation way we can choice?
We can arrange below way to transportation: by Sea, by Air, by express. We will make Suggestions to you according to quantity, weight, time. Etc.
Who pays freight?
Customer is responsible for paying freight charges on all orders under $5000 USD (Our delivery term is EXW Guangzhou Factory). Orders over $5000 USD, we afford charge for FOB Shenzhen. For orders not paid within terms, customer is responsible for all freight charges.
Can I prepay for my order?
Yes, you can pre-pay for an order. Payment must include shipping and handling charges. By Sea, air, by express fee will confirmed by us (We check with Transportation agent and check back).
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Any damage to your merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier to inspect and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. Any damages or shortages must be reported to K&M within five (5) days of receipt. K&M is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder.
Can I return product?
Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. Product must be in original packaging, in resalable condition and within 30 days of receipt of product. You may be charged a 15% restocking fee andthe freight of the return. Product that has been customized may not be returned.

Yes, KNM ships worldwide.
