Citral application:
Citral is a colorless or slightly yellow liquid with a strong lemon scent. No optical rotation. The boiling point is 228°C, and the flash point is 92°C. It has a wide range of uses and is used in all aspects that require lemon aroma. Citral is an important fragrance of lemon type, deodorant wood type flavor, artificially formulated lemon oil, bergamot oil and orange leaf oil.
