Q1. What is the warranty of your products?
For most of our old products, the warranty is 5 years. However, we develop the new products with the purpose of competitive price, so the warranty is 3 years only. And, for other economical products like panel light, etc, the warranty is 2 years.
Q2. What about your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and the balance should be paid before shipment. But, when our cooperation is getting bigger, we can also adjust percentage of T/T, and support other payment terms, such as L/C, O/A, etc.
Q3. Can you support OEM and ODM design?
Yes. OEM and ODM design is no problem for us. We own independent R&D team, and we have rich experience on helping customers to find perfect solutions. We can also help customers design their product package.
Q4. What is lead time for the order?
For samples(if not the new products), it normally takes 3-5 days, while mass order would need 20-40 days according to order quantity. For customized products, it roughly needs about 90 days, including opening the molds. In addition, if you need very urgent delivery, we can also send you the goods from our other customers at local.
Q5. What about your product quality? Do you have quality control?
We pay great attention to product quality. There is 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing profession quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.
Q6. How long do you do aging testing for products?
For our old products which have been very mature and bore verification from market, normally we do aging testing for 8 hours at least. For the new products, we will do aging testing for 24 hours to ensure the quality.
Q7. Can you please offer IES files for Dialux?
Yes. We have testing equipment with well-known brand “EVERFINE” for integrating sphere and dark room. We can offer IES files for your each orders. If necessary, we can also help you do the Dialux, but we need you to send us the detailed demands.
Q8. How long do you deal with complaint?
We can give you a fast, high effectively and cheerful after-sales service. Normally we need 3days to provide solutions after all necessary information collected. If it is due to quality problem, we will give compensation accordingly, but we need you provide us with detailed photos and video. After our QC analyse and find out the reason, we will give you the solutions.
