1. Are you a factory or trading company?

  We are factory, located in Guangdong Province, China, welcome to come to visit us at any time. We will be pleasure to pick you or your partner up.

2. Can I get free samples from you?
  Yes, free sample is available. You just need to pay the express fee, or provide us the A/C of DHL, Fedex, TNT,UPS is OK. As well, you could call your courier to pick up from our office.

  By the way, we are glad to refund the express fee once orders confirmed.

3. What's your delivery time & payment terms?
  Usually 15-20days. We accept T/T,  L/C, Western Union, Paypal, or customized if it's acceptable. 

4. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the package?
  Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or packing box or paper cores, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney shall be provided for the logo.
