Seats and inserts, which are important components in the ball valve industry, are very often made of PTFE and other fluoroplastic materials.
The most common fluoropolymer application is in process valves. We provide valve seats, manufactured from our FLUOROPOLYMER materials, including PTFE and modified PTFE, PTFE compound, PCTFE, PEEK and filled PEEK materials.

PEEK Compounds
Standard PEEK virgin grade is suitable for laboratory and medical use. After being reinforced with glass fibers and carbon, its expansion rate is significantly reduced and the flexural module is increased. This makes it ideal for applications requiring increased stability, strength and rigidity at temperatures above 300°F.
