Carbon Steel Plate and Coil
Hot rolled steel plates are used in welding and construction industries such as railway tracks, construction equipment, jib cranes, agricultural equipment, etc. By changing the proportion of carbon steel, various kinds of steel with different quality can be produced. Generally speaking, the higher the carbon content in steel, the harder and brittle the steel is, and the worse the ductility is.
Cold rolled coil is to "pickle" hot-rolled coil in weak acid solution to remove rust, then clean, brush, dry, oil and unfold it. Finally, the coil is cold rolled by vacuum mill and rolled into coil. Cold rolled steel is a high-quality product with smoother surface, higher dimensional accuracy and higher strength.
