How to cook by rice cooker
1 Weight the white rice correctly and put into rice cooker (ex.500g).
2 Input tap water and wash whole rice, and then exchange water 1 time, quickly.
3 Add 1.4 time water of white rice (ex.700g),
we recommend to use soft mineral water for this step.
4 Close rice cooker and soak in water around 30 minutes.
5 Switch on rice cooker, cooking step will be took around 20 to 30 minutes.
6 After finish cooking, open rice cooker and mix with air by scooper.
7 Close rice cooker and stay 10-15 minutes
8 Arrange on a plate etc., and enjoy to eat!
When you make rice for Sushi,
please reduce water of step3. 1.4 time to 1.2 time.
And please mix with vinegar after step 6.
