Q1: How to consult the prices?

A1: We pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials,printing,and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by facebook, skype, wechat or send e-mail to us. For most projects, once we know the product style,dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements, quantity and payment term, The price list will be sent within 0-8 hours.

Q2: Can i get a sample before mass production?

 A2: Of course! Customized samples on basis of artwork and packaging, it is can be offered for you available. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample. However, shipping costs are paid by yourself.

Q3: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

 A3: The sample making usually need 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day. Mass production leadtime usually need 20 days. If you are the urgent order,we can delivery about 10 days, by some certain items excluded from our sample program.

Q4: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A4: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

A5: We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs.All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need. Q6: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A6: Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept orders too small. Our minimum order quantity is 1500 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HQ to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
